RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICIES

MERCHANDISE RETURNS


  • Returns on merchandise must be made WITHIN 30 DAYS of purchase and should be accompanied with a copy of your packing slip or receipt.
  • Original packaging must be intact. We cannot accept returns on items if the packaging is missing.
  • We cannot accept returns if the product(s) are damaged or mistreated due to improper packaging. If your item was shipped in a box, please pack it in a box (and not an envelope) for returns. If the item(s) arrive crushed, bent, or have been destroyed in any way we cannot issue proper credit. Please package the items with care to ensure safe delivery back to us.
  • Your returned item must reach us in the original condition in which it was shipped. All product(s) must be free from any wear or tear. We recommend that you take extra care when playing with it.
  • We want to give you a FULL credit for the item you are returning, but for quality control purposes, any returned items will be inspected carefully before we issue credits. This policy insures that all customers will receive a clean, unused, perfect item with every order they place. We will replace the item if deemed.
  • We retain the right to exchange out the original product for a replacment due to any damage or defect on a case-by-case basis.
  • Any item that does not meet the above guidelines will be returned to you at your expense. Please do not send back items that you have had for over 30 days or items that are damaged.
  • We offer no hassle refunds on the purchase price of any item, as long as the above guidelines are followed. You may also exchange the returned product for other merchandise.
  • There will be a 15% exchange/restocking fee on all returns.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
